Law of Attraction Basics - Bible Scriptures

Law of Attraction Basics! Wow, this is a very powerful topic to blog on because it is so rich with everything that we as human beings naturally search for and desire. And that is the ability to actually control or map out our lives the way we desire it to unfold. Very exciting stuff we are dealing with when it comes to universal laws.

So let’s start with what is the universal law of attraction? Whatever you focus on the most is what eventually happens in your life. That’s all to it. We process thousands of thoughts daily. So what are you focused on or thinking about the most? What percentage of the time are you thinking about what you want vs. what you do not want? This is what the law of attraction is about.

You can find tons and I mean tons of information on the law of attraction. This law has been around forever! It’s nothing new. Within the last few years it has been brought to the forefront by the media and Hollywood due to the book and movie “The Secret”. If you have not seen it I have a link at the top so you can watch! It gives a perfect updated modern explanation of the Law of Attraction.

However, this week we are going to discuss the Bible scriptures that share with us this law. Here are some examples:

 Galatians 6:7-9 – “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

 Philippians 4:8 – “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

 Proverbs 23:7 – “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.’

 Luke 6:35 – “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.”

 Mark 11:23 - “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”

These are just a few scriptures that come together to let us know that Law of Attraction has been around a long time. Basically, the way we think, what we say and our actions are key in accurately producing the results we are looking for in our life.

The point is Law of Attraction is very real and can be used along with other universal laws to change the course of our life if we incorporate it.
